Welcome To Magnificent Journey Miniatures

My name is Shawna Holt and believe it or not I started my own Miniature Horse farm at the age of 18 in August 2008. I am most likely the youngest entrepreneur in the Miniature Horse business.

I have been around miniature horses for quite awhile. My mother who owns Rivendell Miniature Horses is the one who got me hooked on these wonderful little horses. I have helped her with her farm for years and I grew to love the miniatures and their many personalities. I convinced myself that someday I would have my own farm and produce beautiful miniatures with Conformation, Class, and Color.

With the help of some top miniature horse farms I have purchase some very well bred, beautiful, conformation correct miniature horses with great bloodlines. I would like to say thank you to Craig Westergaard of Ravenwood Miniature Horses, Toni Reece of Reece Family Miniatures, Michelle Hind of Darkmoon Miniature Horses, Heather Troglauer of Mulligans Run Farm, Jana Nichols at Double Diamond Inc., and my mother Shannon at Rivendell Miniature Horses for helping me find some of the best quality miniature horses out there. Also to my wonderful trainer Danielle Hill of Danielle Hill Training Center for promoting and showing my horses to their best ability.

I am looking forward to my Magnificent Journey with my beloved Miniature Horses.

My grandmother, June Louise Butler was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2000. For the next 3 years she underwent a double mastectomy, Chemotherapy, and had fluid removed from around her heart. Later on a tumor formed on her heart and nothing could be done, she sadly passed away at the tender age of 60 on January 8, 2003. She meant the world to me and I loved her so much. . Without her my dreams wouldn't of came true.
